Our intensive team development workshop had a lasting positive impact on our cooperation. Torsten Grassmeier succeeded in working out the sticking points with us in terms of team, strategy and personality so clearly that the results are also suitable for everyday use. His spontaneity, his responsiveness to the team dynamics and the individual design are evidence of great professionalism. A great highlight was the great location with our final kitchen party.
