The Systemic Business Coach training is more than just an education. It has allowed me to embark on a path of self-reflection. Over the course of the training modules, Torsten taught us a variety of coaching methods.
The total openness in the group of participants meant that we developed equally as coaches and coachees. The deep insight into my own world of thought - and that of the other participants - set a wonderful journey of joint reflection and personal development in motion.
