Our approaches are based on conscious self-reflection. Because we are convinced that you are your own greatest expert - you already carry the best solution within you. We help you to ask yourself the right questions and support you in answering them (occasionally uncomfortably).
Sometimes a relentless confrontation with your own ego helps. Other times you may need more time for quiet reflection.
